Trying to understand a config of a new 520 for a friend, replacing an old 9402-236 (14 years old).

1. Is there not a 1/4 cartridge avail in the low end new 520's?
2. If a single user has 3 open sessions of iSeries Access, is
that count as 3 i5/Os users? and 3 iSeries Access users?
3. Config lists 5761 WDS with feat 1602 OTC ILE Compilers.
Does this include the S36 RPG compiler? or is that what was
called Heritage Compilers?
