  IIRC "Extended Base" support, OPTION(01) of the OS [of SS1] 
delivered originally API *PGM objects that /do not begin with 'Q'/. 
 It was originally a /system library/ for which no user data was 
present.  Only later did it become additionally the SQL Catalog View 
repository; even if external to IBM, that transpired in the same 
release as its first appearance.  Although I am not aware of what 
those APIs are, I do expect both that they are published and that 
David is using such information to access the program.

  IIRC the extended OIR information of a DMPOBJ will have a '01' 
after the 57xxSS1 details, if the object is installed as part of the 
OPTION(01); and '03' for example, if from that option.
