Also may or may not be able to do it concurrent. Even if the RAID card
supports concurrent maintenance you may not be able to. Our most recent
round of replacements a few weeks ago revealed that. The batteries had
swollen with the heat and the CE was not able to replace them without
risk
so we powered down.

BTW we're under maintenance and have never had an issue with having IBM
do
the replacement. Battery availability has been problematic sometimes
but
not having IBM do the actual swap and resetting of the counter in SST.
