WRKJOB will show you spool files with a status of FIN.  Providing that the 
job is either still active or still has some spool files that have not 
printed or deleted.  FIN may also mean deleted and not just printed.

Perhaps they are confusing SAV with this?  One might think that SAV meant 
that they have already printed but will be saved afterwards - it often 
does.

WRKSYSVAL QAUD*.  Add *SPLCTL to QAUDLVL or QAUDLVL2.  Add *AUDLVL to 
QAUDCTL
