No.  And that's one reason why vendors like purchase cards.  It moves the collection process to bank that issues the cards.  Vendors just fulfill orders and make deposits.

Chuckling - there must be a story behind that.  It actually surprises me to hear that vendors agree to 90 days.  Some  are on low profit margins to begin with.  I thought 30 days was average.
