Someone else here got it to work. He found another message, that the user 
profile it was trying to use was disabled. After changing it's password 
and re enabling the profile, the server started up.

I am trying to start the management central server on 2 different system 
and can't get either to start. Does anyone know a good document on setting 

this up? So far most of what I'm finding talks about installing the 
navigator portion and then acts like it should work. I can't get the 
server to start. I can see messages in the joblog about CHGSYSLIBL not 
being thread safe, and then it starts looking for library QSYS2924. We are 

at V5R4M0.
