If you want something based on the journal itself you're going to have to
write your own.
Retrieve Journal information

For every object in there,
stop the journal
start it back up with before also.


Of course, a second option is to list every table in your BPCS file
library. If it's journaled, end it. And start it up with before also.
More thorough and probably easier to comprehend than the above api.
