Nevermind, I tried running the same SELECT twice in a row and it fails
the second time:

SQLExecDirect:
In: hstmt = 0x00841BA0,
szSqlStr = "SELECT * FROM AMFLIB.CUSMAS", cbSqlStr = -3
Return: SQL_SUCCESS=0

SQLExecDirect:
In: hstmt = 0x00841BA0,
szSqlStr = "SELECT * FROM AMFLIB.CUSMAS", cbSqlStr = -3
Return: SQL_ERROR=-1

I am able to make a connection to the ODBC DSN but issuing any SELECT
statements fails.
