If the cwbXXX stuff works like the emulator APIs, then your program may be 'sharing' an open connection with Navigator. That means if you drop the connection in your program, you will also be dropping it for Navigator.

Since I've been trying these APIs on the iSeries my Databases node in
Navigator will not work. I get an error "An error occurred while
attempting to initialize the list. The requested operation cannot be
performed because the server connection was dropped" when clicking on
the Databases node. Everything else works. Any ideas?
