Without a great deal of research on if you have the correct parts and
they are in the correct locations, I would start here for the installation:

That site has all the manuals for the 270 and the disk drives and the 5075.

Can't help with the LPAR stuff but the Hardware Infocenter has a LOT
of detail on that.
