One of my power users got a new laptop. We were able to install client
access (V5R4) without a problem.

When we try to install the service pack we get a SEVERE error stating:

Service pack install wizard cannot be used over a Windows Installer
base. Get updates vie the Windows Installer preview website.

Any ideas what the heck this means?
