Not that I want to research for you. ;-)
But basically several of the PTF cover letters mentioned that very fact.
If you can't find it then open a ticket with IBM and say you're still
getting the stuff from ptf cover letter such and such.

Did you recompile after putting on the ptf? Most of the cover letters say
you will have to do so.
