That is correct; I could open the door with no problem when the system was
powered off, but could not open it when the system is powered on.

I was able to open the door using the paper clip method and was then able
to eject and re-insert the CD multiple times.  But now it seems stuck
again, and then only thing I've done since then is copy the PTF cover
letters.  Let me try the paper clip method again and see what happens.

Also, this is not a rack mounted 515.  It is standalone.
