Nathan: Are you suggesting that a single-level store system will never run
out of disk space? Would you trust your iSeries with someone who's not a
"good system administrator"?

As I said before, I don't deny that there are some advantages with
single-level store. But you just have to balance the advantages and
dis-advantages. Certainly, when David pitches single-level store to his
friends, he'll have to be prepared to answer some hard questions.

Are you familiar with the phrase "Imitation is the sincerest form of
flattery." Ever wonder why few other system designers have flattered IBM
by imitating the i's single-level store?
