I received these messages:

PGM QICOPEN in library QSYS previously damaged.
PGM QJORSTJN in library QSYS previously damaged.
PGM QJORYDIR in library QSYS previously damaged.

Can I replace them from another system?

Certainly worth a shot but my experience when similar things have taken
place is that, at a minimum, RCLSTG needs to be run.

But my first order of business would be to find out WHY these objects are
damaged, and then look to IBM (or my support contractor) to help solve the
issue and institute prevention.
