I'm dense - what's a 'slip-install'?

I received these messages:

PGM QJORSTJN in library QSYS previously damaged.
PGM QJORYDIR in library QSYS previously damaged.

Can I replace them from another system?

In this particular case the three *PGM objects named exist in the
System Entry Point Table. As far as I know a simple restore will only
bring the objects back. It will not reset the entries in the SEPT. As
a result I would expect the damaged object message to become a "tried
to reference a destroyed object" message. I also think RCLSTG doesn't
'fix' bad SEPT entries either.

SST can be used to update the SEPT but I suspect IBM support has a
better way. Otherwise I think the only reliable recovery is a slip-
install of the OS.
