It's been a long time since I asked this list for advice on the matter.

Thank you all for your advice on the question. Alas, the customer
personnel seem to be too busy to talk to me about the issue, and I am
giving up.

I am sure that when the situation comes up again, it will be of urgent
interest again, and I shall be able to come back to the archives.
