How about setting up a data area that will contain either a "0" or a "1", and have the CL program check it: if it's "0", the report prints and the data area is reset to "1"; if it's "1", the report doesn't print and the data area is reset to "0"? This
would have the added advantage that when "they" come on a no-print week and say they want the report to print anyway, all you have to do is change the data area.

Kind of low-tech, but ...
