We use bytware for messaging.

You can set that up to monitor for all sorts of events. Now ROBOT bought
them. Since they already had a messaging and monitoring product I figured
it was either to crush competition and get higher prices, or see if they
can peddle their add-ons to that customer list.
This can monitor for certain messages and oh so much more.
