Like DreamSpark, this only applies to a select few start-up and small
Businesses. Also, membership in the WebsiteSpark program is limited to
three years - after that you'll either have to pay the licenses for
the products, or stop using them.

WebsiteSpark not aimed at IBM or Oracle, it's aimed at small Web
developing shops that are currently running LAMP (Linux, Apache,
MySQL, PHP) setups.

Like the ActionPack or the Partner Program, they're aimed at getting
IT companies to internally use Microsoft applications, so that their
solutions will also run on them.
