the *HEX CCSID for those columns is problematic, with an expectation 
that an APAR would be opened to provide a published response by IBM 
[irrespective of its /closing code/; i.e. I would not expect a 
correction since...].  The circumvention is presumably to ALTER 
TABLE to effect an ALTER COLUMN to assign the CCSID to each column 
[excepting the /text/ column], although IMO since the file is 
probably not an SQL TABLE, the DDS source should probably be 
provided to enable CHGPF SRCFILE() as the circumvention instead of 
the SQL ALTER TABLE.
