Hi Folks, what are your thoughts on this?Self Service Password Reset software?? Our plan is to remove?calls to?our helpdesk for i5/iSeries?password resets?and this software seems to do that.???

Any reviews and pro's and con's appreciated.?

I'll do this offline, if necesary.
