We use Iron Mountain, and we have it setup pretty simple.
I pull the tapes on Monday morning, put them in their transport cases,
process them on the Iron Mtn website, then I take the cases which have locks
on them to our receptionist, who is on the list of authorized people to send
and receive transports with the Iron Mountain driver.

Could you do something similar?
