Just the usual restrictions that you'd have from, say, a STRSQL session.
For example, no cursors, no variable names and the like.  It gets
interesting when you need to imbed apostrophes and/or quotes, but all this
is surmountable.

I *believe* this is documented in the QSH manual.  If not, a search for UDDB
DB2 should produce nice fruit.

Ah, yes!  There's the rub!  :)  Hint: your statement might look something
like this:

QSH CMD('db2 "select cola || ',' || colb || ',' || colc from mytable" >
/tmp/mycsv.csv
