If the machine is fresh from the factory, it will probably ship with a
level of firmware that won't be available to the public anyway.

But make sure you select "Power" in the list of systems, not System i.
Then you should be able to find a firmware for the system, which is
most likely a 8203-E8A, not an 9406-.
