Got a customer whose workflow trigger (a feature of our Wintouch product) showed up as active, both in PRTTRGPGM and in our own utility for checking workflow triggering status, but it didn't actually get called. Turns out that when I did a DSPFD, and saw
Trigger state . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : STATE *DISABLED Trigger status . . . . . . . . . . . . . : *OPERATIVE

Never saw that before. When did it become possible to "disable" a trigger, and how do I re-enable it?
