And if you stick your output queues in your "data" library it will help
many of your save operations. For example, for our BPCS 405CD we store
the BPCSOUTQ output queue in our version of BPCS405CDF and not in QGPL.
Now, BPCSOUTQ is never attached to a writer, spool files get moved to a
writer if they really need to kill a tree.

Just helps when restoring subsets of the system.
