The end of daylight saving time is determined by local government. 2:00 AM
is commonly used in the United States, but not all i systems are in the
United States. Look at the time zone named in system value QTIMZON to
determine what your DST rules (if any) might be.

Time adjustments associated with daylight saving time do NOT speed up or
slow down the system clock. They are immediate. Speeding up and slowing down
the clock is supported by way of system APIs, time clients such as SNTP, and
Navigator; but does not apply to DST observance.

Our i is set up to automatically handle the time change this weekend. At
what time will that occur - 2:00am?
