Well, it looks like mine was made in China. My serial is 06176A5. It still
isn't connecting so I will have to play around with it some more.

I have taken screen shots of my config below. Does everything look ok?

Nope. It should begin with 10 (Made in USA), 65 (Made in Ireland) or
06 (Made in China).

I got
that number from the packing slip where it said "SW Serial No.:".

Should on front of the system.

See here - on just below the bottom HDD on the right (on the Power
520, not on the HMC below.

In the Ops Cons config I can see the BOOTP checkbox selected. Is there
something in ASMI I need to check to make sure BOOTP is used?

No. You need to enter the correct serial number.
