I didn't add it because it's a controversial topic, was new to this
Wiki and didn't want to start any edit wars from the get go. In
hindsight, the Midrange wiki isn't "high traffic".

More security conscious, large corporations might not allow QSECOFR
logons from non-console devices. I know we have QLMTSECOFR set 0 as
part of our standard setup procedure.

Then again, this isn't my page - you don't have to ask me. It's a
Wiki. If you think it belongs there, add it. I certainly don't have an
issue with it.
