Stick them in application data libraries. For example the people in
PAYDATA lib are probably the only ones who need to look at spool files in
that output queue.

Years ago I had someone call and tell me her paystub was wrong. Apparently
they looked at the spool file and lined up her check with the next
person's pay stub.
They promoted her to personnel manager.
