Would IBM support also walk me through the process of adding my "hot swap"
drive to the 4 drive array and doing a reinstall of the OS?  I admittently
only call IBM when a customer of mine has issues, and that is usually when
Apache or SSL is causing headaches.  I don't know what is a "ok" thing for
me to ask of them.
