Charles, the drive shows up on the i5 as a 3580(LTO2).  This is a virtual
tape drive to the cybernetics san storage??  The LTO4 tape drive probably
resided off the SAN device itself??  Does cybernetics have  remote web
support tool that you can connect and see what is going on??  Thanks
