I have had the same thing at customers with Innovis, and at one
customer their charge was over 60% of the new hardware (Customer was on a
270 going to a P05 Power5 520).
Glad you pointed the good guys out from the bad.

We upgraded our System I model 9406-520 to a Power6 Model E4A (Feature

ALL our other providers transferred our license to the Power6 server at
NO COST!
Inovis is the ONLY software provider that is charging us a license fee,
and a huge, exhorbitant fee at that!
Inovis sucks. What a rip-off!
