Submit it held and do a wrksbmjob, at least you can see it on the job queue
held, give u time to start a service job and debug it.

I've figured out enough (hopefully) to enter a simple CL program, and try to
compile it. It says the job is submitted to batch, but nothing happens -
there is nothing in my output queue and no job log. How do I figure out
where it's going?
