Have you followed this path to the IBM Printer Support page? Each printer
always seems to have its own challenges.
I ran into a new Konica printer last summer that IBM can't figure out. It's
still not configured, and the PMR has been sent up the food chain.

I have 2 Ricoh's, a Toshiba and a cannon. I can't get any of them to work.
Following the same procedure as you, everything appears fine until sending
print. Then the device refuses the connection.

Wondering about the best way to setup some new Ricoh multi-function
printers. I normally do a:
CRTDEVPRT - Device Class *LAN - LAN Attachment *IP. Get the System Driver
Program right, and select the correct printer (if using Host Print
Transform) and it normally works. I have just tried this on a shiny new
Ricoh Aficio MP C2050 and it worked fine.
When I read about this method in a redbook a few years ago, I remember there
were other ways of doing it. Anyone like to suggest one that might be
better?
The printer will also be available via a windows print server - is it
possible to use this?
