I think you may be "barking up the wrong tree" ... :-o

AFAIK, these QHF... APIs are for the old Herarchical File system, namely, QDLS. These do NOT work with the IFS. They only work with documents in folders, in the original QDLS file system.

Just a "heads-up" ...
