Yes we are working with Acom. I'm just trying to help in finding a
solution as well.
The customer we are working with has no IT staff, and it is really
difficult to work with some of their contract 400 and NT workers. Acom
says it their server config that is wrong and their IT contractors are
saying it is the software.
I'm just trying to do what I can to help aid in finding a working
solution.
I have installed the Acom software on my as400 with no issues.
The server we are working on is an old domino server, could the settings
from the old domino be interfering with the relay between the 400 and
exchange server?
We have gotten 3447 errors when sending test emails. Acom has been
looking into that.
Thanks for all the replies.

Robert,
I believe your company is a reseller Partner of the Acom software.
Have you tried calling Acom and asking them?

Subject: AS400 having issue with smtp
Importance: High
We are implementing a forms package from Acom that emails/faxes various
forms from the AS400.
The email config is very basic, SMTP IP and user/PW are required. All
the correct settings are in place.
When we try a test message, only internal domain tests are received.
What's weird is that outside emails don't even make it to the exchange
server.
This 400 was and old lotus notes domino server, all lotus/domino
software has since been uninstalled.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. We seem to be at a total
standstill.
