Remember ENDSBS *ALL actually leaves the controlling subsystem active,
QCTL or QBASE. So the main terminal, whatever type you use, is still
connected that way. Not much use to restrict it down so you can do stuff
and then not have a way to do it.

Yes you can be in completely restricted state and still run Op's console
(or since it's a new machine I am betting Lan Console). Yes, it confused
me too as to how something that smells so much like iSeries Access for
Windows can be connected while you are in a restricted state - just have
faith my brother.
