Notice the special values for SNDPTFORD?
*CUMPKG
*HIPERGRP
*DB2GRP
*BRSGRP
*JVAGRP
*HTTPGRP
*PFRGRP
Using special values allows you to have that release independent scheduled
job. There are a few groups that aren't covered by special values. See:
http://www-912.ibm.com/s_dir/sline003.NSF/GroupPTFs?OpenView&view=GroupPTFs

What you need is "subjective". Some say "if I am ignorant as to how it's
broke, then don't fix it". Others say "if I have a problem then I'll
order the one ptf". Others say "I stay current on Cume's and groups".
Other's get all the cumes, groups and everything that appears in
recommended fixes at
http://www-912.ibm.com/s_dir/slkbase.nsf/recommendedfixes
This plus synching between lpar's is where I camp.
I am sure there's a fanatic or two that downloads all that appear in
http://www-912.ibm.com/a_dir/as4ptf.nsf/as4ptfhome
