One part of "Chapter 9. Replacing Licensed Internal Code and i5/OS of the
same version and release" does say
a. You need these optical media: I_BASE_01, B29xx_01. Verify also that
B29xx_01 is in the correct primary language.

Another does say
Preparing to upgrade or replace software using an image catalog on page
41. (Only 3 optical media are used: I_BASE_01, B29xx_01, and B29xx_02.)

I did try adding 02 but I got the same messages. Will IPL to apply ptf's.
But I am going to remove 02 just for kicks.
