TCP/IP taking longer to start

I use Mimix.  Since upgrading to 6.1.1 their PORT50410 job ends after the 
IPL with CPE3448.  Did something change as to how TCP/IP is started? 
Should I just increase my DLYJOB in the following from 60 to 120, or 
should I use an api to check the interface status?

Their PORT50410 job is an AJE on MIMIXSBS.
