The fact that QZDASOINIT is taking 60% doesn't mean there's a problem.

I would also point out that reducing a job's priority (higher RUNPTY number)
does not make it need (and therefore use) more CPU. It just lessens the
chance that the changed job will have a negative impact on other jobs
running on the system.
