To have IFS streamfiles reside in a user ASP, you must first create a user-defined file system (UDFS) in the desired ASP, and then, once you mount the UDFS, any IFS files or directories you create in that file system will reside in that ASP either a basic ASP (1-32) in *SYSBAS or an independent ASP.
I'm not entirely sure how one would put non-QSYS objects into a user ASP, much less find out what ASP they're in. Wouldn't it have to be on at least the directory level, possibly even the file system level?
