You don't get the granularity that some exit point programs give you, but 
have you thought of 
iNav, right click on system, select Application Administration, Host 
Applications, TCP/IP Utilities for iSeries, FTP Server, Specific 
Operations, 

Note:  "All Object Access" means users who already have all object access 
- should they be allowed to do...?  Not, "give them all object access". 
Lots of people make that mistake.
