Has always been performed by an IBM CE in my experience... may be different
without hardware maintenance.

Has the cache battery become a customer install?
Customer's machine "phoned home" yesterday, and today IBM called customer
they were shipping the part....
If it is customer install, is it a big deal on a 520 Express tower (not
rack) box?
