Thanks Rob & PEte - we did just find someone who can get overnight Sat delivery of cartridges.
The test tape should get me till they arrive.

Yes I believe it is shorter than normal. However, I did complete a full
system save on a system running just the OS, development tools, a few
other things, and Domino. Only non IBM supplied programs was a backup
program or two. Domino server was at bare minimum with no custom
applications yet installed. Did not run DSPTAP or *VOLSTAT to see how
much it dumped out.

Subject: lto4 test tape with new system
Sent by: midrange-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx

Arrived to install new 520 w/Ultrium drive. Customer purchased wrongt
tapes cartridges.
Is the "test" tape lto4 cartridge a full tape, or less than full (special
tape)?
Couple years ago it was a full tape, but this one has the imprint on the
plastic cartridge - "Ultrium 4 - Test Tape".
