RRN is almost guaranteed to change - RGZPFM will do it, and REUSEDLT on 
the CRTPF will make things strange. It is not something to depend on, 
and certainly not as a unique key, even if you could get it into a 
column of the table.

So you need something else - sounds like they need a unique identity 
column, which is common in other RDBMS systems.
