Michael,
I too loaded and compiled the source "as-is" from the internet.
I then changed this line -
fp = fpIn = fopen("test.rtf", "r");
to look like this -
fp = fpIn = fopen("/joe/test.rtf", "r");
and compiled.
I then placed an RTF file named test.rtf in JOE on the IFS and ran the
program. The text results were written to the screen.
I compared the source I found on the internet with the production source
we
purchased and noted that the primary differences dealt with writing the
results back to the IFS. Since an outside vendor provided the modified
code, I am not comfortable sharing the customized changes, however, I
think
they can be duplicated with a little effort.
