Hi All,

Is there someplace on the AS400 that stores FTP traffic information? We have a client that FTPs files into our system, and I would like to be able to track when the logged in, who they logged in as and how much data was transferred.

We do not have a program or process that runs or monitors the information they are sending us. They are running a program on their end that automates the transfer of the data from their system to ours.

I simply want to know basic data such as login name/date/what was transferred/how much was transferred.

Sifting through the Midrange archives, I see a lot of discussion points to FTP Exit programs, but in our case there are no programs that run to monitor the systems. Their system uploads data to us, and every 10 minutes we have a scheduled program that looks at the file they upload to and try to copy / process the data (if there is any to process).

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks.

/b;
